OutBound Marketers offers many different software, courses and even live training to our students each of which has their own refund policies.

Some purchases (such as our live training) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating and hosting the live event. Other products carry a 30 day or 60-day money-back guarantee.

Any product sold by or on behalf of OutBound Marketers will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

All downloaded assets – Our sales pages include the information you need to make an informed buying decision, so please read them carefully before you purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds on our downloadable products.

How To Request A Refund

Each product also has its own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided both in the member’s area and on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (list above) to request a refund on your purchase.

If you can’t find the proper email address please use the Contact Us form on this website to submit your request for a refund. All requests must be made via email so they can be properly dated and documented.
